<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both low power consumption of an OLT and delay reduction of uplink transmission even when a power control component in which a switching operation of a normal state and a low power state is slow is used, in a receiving section of the OLT. <P>SOLUTION: The band allocation section in a station side device connected to a plurality of subscriber devices assigns a transmission band to the respective subscriber devices for a subsequent band allocation period when the total value of a band allocation request received from the respective subscriber devices becomes lower than a first threshold value, when determining a band allocated to the respective subscriber devices for a predetermined band allocation period based on the band allocation request which has been received from the subscriber devices. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
