<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the transmission data amount of collected data by selecting an appropriate data amount reduction processing system. <P>SOLUTION: Control equipment 112 collects data from devices and transmits the collected data to a server apparatus 111. The server apparatus 111 analyzes the collected data from the devices for each predetermined state, determines an optimal data amount reduction processing system for each state and notifies the determined data amount reduction processing system for each state to the control equipment 112.
