<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction apparatus, method and program capable of providing a combination of unexpected concepts. <P>SOLUTION: An extraction apparatus comprises: a cluster storage unit 104 for storing information indicating a word in association with information indicating an affiliation degree indicating a degree that the word belongs to a cluster, and the information indicating a word in association with information indicating a position of the word; a discoverable index calculation unit 110 for reading out of the cluster storage unit 104 three or more clusters of the information indicating a position of a word in association with the information indicating a word having the affiliation degree equal to or greater than a predetermined value, and calculates a discoverable index based on the information indicating a position of the word, the index reflecting an indirect association degree between two clusters having passed through a third cluster other than the target two clusters, and an unexpectedness degree of combining the two clusters; and a cluster combination extraction unit 130 for extracting a combination of the clusters based on the calculated discoverable index. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
