The invention relates to equipment of transport systems that are used for distribution of a flow of articles and their transfer for production lines, and can be used in food, chemical, pharmaceutical and other fields of industry. An apparatus for distributing flow of bottles consists of a supply plate conveyor, a three-blade drive mechanism of orientation of bottles, diverting plate conveyors and guides for bottles. According to the invention, a drive three-blade mechanism is made in the form of a three-blade sprocket with blades located at an angle of 120°, and on each side of which three cavities are located with a size of a half-diameter of a bottle, and the sprocket itself rotates on a fixed axle mounted on an axis of symmetry of supply plate conveyor located in parallel to diverting plate conveyors. The design provides for simultaneous capture of three bottles during their displacement and moving along an arc from the supply plate conveyer to the diverting plate conveyers. Technical result is the following: increased performance of the device; simplification of its design; guaranteed distribution of one flow of articles into three flows; exclusion of formation of jams of articles; complete exclusion of shocks and rebounds at flow distribution of articles; exclusion of damage of a label on a cylindrical part of the articles; reduced noise during operation. |
