PURPOSE: A polarization control system using an antenna with dual polarization properties is provided to improve the efficiency of a chamber by testing the antenna properties with different kinds of polarizations using only one fixed antenna. CONSTITUTION: An SP4T(Single Pole 4 Throw) high frequency switch(10) receives a high frequency signal. Four SPDT(Single Pole Double Throw) high frequency switches(20,30,50,60) divide the high frequency signal from the SP4T high frequency switch. A termination(21,31) is installed on the SPDT high frequency switch to prevent a noise. A 90°hybrid coupler(40) generates a high frequency signal whose phase is lagging on that of a reference voltage. An antenna(70) includes a horizontal port and a vertical port.
