<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable decorative sheet having a high anti-allergenic property and excellent in weatherability and contamination resistance, and a decorative plate using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the decorative sheet having the anti-allergenic property and constituted by laminating a base material sheet, a primer layer and an anti-allergenicity functional layer in order includes a process (1) for applying a two liquid type curing resin composition for the primer layer containing a base compound and an isocyanate-based curing agent onto the base material sheet, a process (2) for adjusting a peak intensity ratio of the two liquid type curing resin composition for the primer layer between peak intensity by C-H stretching vibration detected in 2,800-3,000 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>and peak intensity by N=C=O stretching vibration detected in 2,200-2,400 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>in ATR spectrum by an infrared spectrum analysis method to be within the range of 1.5-35, and a process (3) for applying and curing a resin composition for the anti-allergenicity functional layer containing a curable resin and an anti-allergen agent having a phenolic hydroxyl group on the coated surface of the two liquid type curing resin composition for the primer layer in order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
