<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate assembly, to miniaturize a pressurization object in which a diaphragm pump is incorporated, and to reduce a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: A lid body 35 is provided with a suction port 40 communicated with a discharge path 23 through a discharge space 37, and the suction port 40 and a suction port side air chamber 57 are communicated through a suction port valve seat 41a. An exhaust port 48a and a discharge port 49a provided adjacently to each other on a discharge port container 45 are communicated through an exhaust valve seat 48b and a discharge port side air chamber 58. A valve body 55 is provided with a communication path 55c for communicating the suction port 40 and the discharge port 49a. When air is supplied to the suction port 40, the suction port 40 and the suction port side air chamber 57 are communicated through the suction port valve seat 41a. On the other hand, when air is not supplied to the suction port 40, the valve body 55a of the valve body 55 is brought into press contact with the suction port valve seat 41a to shut off the space between the suction port 40 and the discharge port 49a and between the suction port 40 and the exhaust port 48a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
