<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for operating a coke oven, capable of inhibiting the occurrence of extrusion clogging of the coke on extruding the coke from a carbonization chamber. <P>SOLUTION: This method for operating the coke oven is provided by comprising a quantification step of constituting the estimation formula of extrusion property by specifying an optimum factor for each of the carbonization chambers from a plurality of explanatory factors associated with the extrusion property of the coke and quantifying the extrusion clogging probability of the coke by utilizing the constituted estimation formula, a displaying step of displaying the time series data of quantified extrusion clogging probability of the coke as a table form or graph form, and an operation step of performing the operation of the coke oven by following the display by the displaying step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
