PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for determining sensitivity of cancer cells to a taxane anticancer agent.

SOLUTION: A taxane anticancer agent sensitivity determination method of cancer cell includes a determination process for determining that sensitivity of a cancer cell to a taxane anticancer agent is high if expression level of GSTπ in a biological sample including the cancer cells exceeds a threshold. Preferably, the determination method also includes a measurement process for measuring expression level of GSTπ in the biological sample.
