<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve luminous efficiency of a light emitting element by increasing the reflection rate of a reflection film reflecting light emitted from the light emitting element, and to provide the light emitting element which improves the reflection rate of the reflection film by using a wet coating method and is manufactured in simple manufacturing processes at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to a composition for a reflection increasing transparent film 20 for a light emitting element, and the light emitting element includes a light emitting layer 40, a translucent substrate 30, the reflection increasing transparent film 20, and a reflection film 10 reflecting light emitted from the light emitting layer in this order.
