<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power unit that can prevent a plurality of power source parts from getting out of order owing to redundant constitution, and individually disconnect a power source part which has abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: Parallel redundancy and standby redundancy are employed in combination for a plurality of power source parts constituting the electric power unit. Each power source part is provided with a relay part at an input stage and with an FET switch part at an output stage, separately, and the relay part and FET switch part can be individually and electrically disconnected. Each power source part is prevented from getting out of order by performing control for periodically alternating a standby state and an in-operation state of each power source part, thereby prolonging the lifetime of the whole power supply unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
