PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collection server which easily acquires access information of each terminal.

SOLUTION: An information collection system comprises: collection target terminals which are used by users for utilizing services; service providing server which provides services; and an information collection server which receives packets from the collection target terminals to transfer the received packets to the service providing server. The information collection server comprises: a reception unit for receiving a packet including a user identifier in its header from the collection target terminal; an access log acquisition unit for storing a log of packet reception; and a transmission unit for deleting the user identifier from the header to transfer the packet to the service providing server.
