<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a progressive power lens which hardly causes shaking of an image viewed through the lens. <P>SOLUTION: In a progressive power lens 10 for eyeglasses including a far sight part 11 and a near sight part 12 each of which has a different lens power, surface refractive power OHPf in a horizontal direction and surface refractive power OVPf in a vertical direction of the far sight part, and surface refractive power OHPn in the horizontal direction and surface refractive power OVPn in the vertical direction of the near sight part of a surface on an object side along a vertical reference line passing through a main fixation line 14 or a fitting point Pe satisfy the following conditions: (1) OHPf>OVPf, (2) OHPf+OHPn>OVPf+OVPn, and (3) OVPn>OVPf. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
