<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loosening of a coupling member when the coupling member is attached to a fastened member. <P>SOLUTION: The male screw 62 of a bolt (first coupling member) 6 passes through the holes formed in fastened members 3 and 4 and is engaged with a nut (second coupling member) 7 via a spring washer, thereby abutting the bottom part 71 of the nut 7 on the base 10 side of the spring washer 1. The end side 121 of a flap 12 enters between the outer diameter 621 and the minor diameter 622 to abuton the male screw 62 of the bolt 6 adjacen to the fastened member 3. Further, engagement between the bolt 6 and the nut 7 enters a projected shape 125 into the base 10. A deformed part 128 is formed in a flap 12. The deformed part 128 is extended to the bottom part 71 of the nut 7 by further engagement between the bolt 6 and the nut 7. Pressing for sandwiching the male screw 62 of the bolt 6 by the flap 12 is applied.
