<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device, a storage control method, and a control program capable of storing, in one of a plurality of authentication media, information corresponding to said one authentication medium. <P>SOLUTION: A mobile telephone device 1 comprises a storage module 50 configured to store a plurality of destinations; a communication module 30 configured to communicate with one of said plurality of destinations using unique information stored in a SIM card; and a control module 60 configured to associate the destination of the communication with the unique information and store the associated information as history information in the storage module 50.
