<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and light structure which defines an appropriate tightening force and keeps the appropriate tightening force even if fatigue of a tightened object occurs, decreases high tensile load for a bolt due to the temperature difference between a flange and the bolt when start-up in the case of being used for a piping flange of a chemical plant or the like, and allows the tightening state to be simply and easily inspected. <P>SOLUTION: A bolt tightening force detecting seat is composed of an elastic body 1, an elastic body 2, and a ring 3. The height of the ring 2 is defined as a height obtained by providing a prescribed gap (G) between the elastic body 2 and the ring 2 in a state that the ring 2 contacts the elastic body 1 in a free height. When tightening the bolt, the elastic body is deformed by a bolt tightening force and the ring 3 contacts the elastic body 2, and then the tightening force is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
