<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turnout of a monorail track having a simple conversion function, which allows reduction of the numbers of reduction gears and connecting rods and screw rods connected to the reduction gear compared to the configuration of a turnout of a conventional monorail track. <P>SOLUTION: The turnout of a straddled type monorail track includes: a plurality of branch beams disposed in series; a support truck provided on an articulated part of the branch beam and the branch beam; a rail where the support truck rolls; a buffer device which is provided on an end of the rail, and to which the support truck is abutted; a drive unit for converting the branch beam; and a spring unit which is provided on the articulated part, and suppress the angular bending of the articulated part supported by the support truck until the support truck is abutted to the buffer device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
