FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed cutter comprises circular cylindrical blade and cylindrical mandrel 5 aligned therewith to support tire or its fragment. Said circular blade 6 has, at least, two slots arranged in pairs and opposite the blade lengthwise axis. Pusher plates 11 are fitted in blade slots and secured therein. Cutter allows combining loading and unloading jobs on one cylindrical mandrel and cutting one or several tires on another cylindrical mandrel.
