FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and may be used for local chemotherapy of locally advanced nonresectable digestive adenocarcinoma. For this purpose, a dosage form 1.0 ml containing 5-fluorouracil, water for injections, low-molecular polyethylene, emulsifier T-2, microcrystalline gelatine and olive oil in certain proportions is introduced into subcutaneous fat surrounding an organ, ligaments and under a serous membrane of the organs involved in the tumour.
