<p>A combined torque asynchronous variable-speed motor comprises a housing (1). A cylindrical rotor (3) is disposed in the housing. A tubular first stator (2) and a tubular second stator (5) sleeve the rotor coaxially along the axial direction in sequence in a parallel manner. The number of turns of an enameled wire wound on the first stator (2) mounted on the rotor (3) of the motor is greater than the number of turns of an enameled wire wound on the second stator (5). A rotor magnetic isolation sleeve (4) is disposed between iron cores at the two ends of the rotor (3) and a rotary shaft. A rotor magnetic isolation ring (6') is disposed at an external end of the iron core. Rotor segment magnetic isolation (11) is disposed between the iron cores. A transmission worm gear (7) of the motor is driven by an external executor, and drives the first stator (2) or the second stator (5) to rotate within the range of adjustable geometric angles, or be locked at any position. The rotor (3) is formed of two squirrel cage rotors. Through adjusting the included angle of two stator magnetic fields, current combination of rotors at the adjustment segment of the motor influences the motor, thereby implementing stepless speed regulation of the asynchronous motor.</p> |
