PURPOSE: A device for diagnosing the safety of a submerged portion of a bridge is provided to photograph a bridge more precise than an existing device and enable to consecutively photograph a submerged portion of the bridge with one camera. CONSTITUTION: A device for diagnosing the safety of a submerged portion of a bridge comprises a descending unit, a space maintenance unit, a rotation unit(400), a camera(500), and a controlling unit(600). The descending unit is composed of a main body and a rail(120). The space maintenance unit is installed in between the descending unit and a pier and composed of a spacing frame, a spacing roller, and a damper. The rotation unit is moved along the rail and composed of a travelling roller(410), a roller bracket(430), a guide roller(420), a support(440), a rotation body(450), a driving motor(460), and a screw(470). The controlling unit is comprised in the inside of the rotation body and comprises a memory. The memory records images photographed by the camera on a real time basis. |
