PURPOSE: An automatic chair folding device of a chair integrated table is provided to enable a user to conveniently use the table without the interference of obstacles and to simplify the elements thereof. CONSTITUTION: An automatic chair folding device of a chair integrated table comprises a folding device frame(310), a slide member(320), a slide member return unit, and a connecting member(400). The folding device frame is fixed to the bottom of the table and is equipped with a cut unit in the lower part. The slide member is inserted into the folding device frame and is equipped with a roller which is inserted into a stepped guide rail. The slide member return unit provides elastic force. The connecting member connects the slide member to the chair.
