The invention relates to a plug connector (1) having a housing body (2). A retaining cage (10) is locked in place inside the housing body (2), wherein at one end the retaining cage (10) encloses a contacting element (20) for electrically contacting a conductor of a cable to be attached and at the other end said retaining cage encloses the cable sheath of the cable to be attached. Coupling elements (3, 4) for reversible connection of a further plug connector (1) having an identical housing body (2) are provided externally on the housing body (2) on both sides thereof. Fixing means (5, 6) for fixing the plug connector (1) onto a mounting rail (30) are provided externally on the housing body (2). |
