ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY RECOVERY SOILS USING BOTH ORGANIC SLUDGE AND FUNCTIONAL WASTE AND ITS PRODUCTION METHOD

PURPOSE: An environment-friendly cover material of landfills is provided to minimize deodorization generated at forming cover material, and to reduce water content of sludge, while minimizing generation of ammoniac bad smell. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly cover material of landfills comprises a first step solidifying organic sludge by mixing fly ash of an organic sludge, and a step of mixing porous deodorant to a product. The porous deodorant is manufactured by a step of reacting 100.0 parts by weight of water purification sludge, 10-14 parts by weight of phosphoric acid or sulfuric acid, and 50-200 parts by weight of water, maintaining temperature of 80-150°C, a step of dehydration process, and a step of drying with a temperature of 110-140°C in order to absolutely evaporation moisture contained in the reactant.
