<p>The method involves preparing a poultry (1) i.e. industrial chicken, with a tail (2) having a ventral face (3), a dorsal face (4) and two nets (5). A clamping connection i.e. non-elastic yarn, is formed so as to secure a set of rammers (9) with the tail without clamping wings (6) of the poultry. The dorsal face of the tail is cut, and the clamping connection is carried such that a portion of length of the clamping connection is housed within an incision for optimizing positioning and holding of the clamping connection. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an installation for fastening of a poultry (2) an emptied and clamped poultry.</p> |
