Provided is a stretched polyamide film having superior ease of lamination, laminate strength, mechanical properties, and impact resistance, and, when used in various packaging materials, having an effect of preventing breakage of a product due to, and protecting contents from, vibration, impact, and the like during transportation. This stretched polyamide film has nylon 6 as a main constituent component, wherein the surface layer on at least one surface fulfills conditions (1) and (2), and the stretched polyamide film fulfills condition (3). (1) Relaxivity of surface layer orientation as obtained by infrared spectroscopy is in the range of 0.3-0.5. (2) The degree of crystallization of the surface layer as obtained by infrared spectroscopy is in the range of 1.0-1.4. (3) Heat shrinkage (%) in the TD direction after 10 minutes at 160°C is in the range of 0.6-4.
