An apparatus and a method for share a comment related to contents in a mobile communication terminal. In the method, a comment regarding a contents file that is being reproduced is received. A comment Uniform Resource Locator (URL) is read from a metadata storage space of the contents file. The comment regarding the contents file is stored in a storage space of the comment URL.
