<p>Disclosed is a nitride-based light-emitting element using a powder of a substance having a wurtzite lattice structure, such as ZnO powder, and a method for manufacturing same. The nitride-based light-emitting element, according to the present invention, comprises: a growth substrate; a lattice buffer layer, which is formed on the growth substrate; and a light-emitting structure, which is formed on the lattice buffer layer and on which a plurality of nitride layers are stacked, wherein the lattice buffer layer is made from ZnO powder, thereby minimizing dislocation, which occurs during nitride growth.</p> |
