PURPOSE: A three phase power balanced state monitoring system including an equipment sensing unit and method thereof are provided to rapidly process loads by monitoring an imbalance state of voltages and currents. CONSTITUTION: A first multiplexor(121) selects a sensing signal of three voltage transformers(128a,128b,128c) and three current transformers(129a,129b,129c). The tree voltage transformers sense the voltage of three phase power sources. The three current transformers sense each line current. An A/D(Analog/Digital) convertor(122) converts signals selected by the first multiplexer. A data memory(125) gradually stores voltage and current data provided from the A/D convertor, the ID(Identification) of an apparatus, and reference voltage and current data.
