The sensor has a body and a connector, where the body has a set of films (41, 42) and a spacer (43). A coupling section is coupled with a section of the sensor, where the coupling section comprises a curved part that is curved along a fixing groove of a seat of a vehicle. A relative position of one of the films to another film is offset in a direction to absorb a stress generated by the curved part with respect to an upright before the curved part is formed. The films are provided with conductive layers including carbon. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a sensor.
