The method comprises: acquiring a channel video stream, and acquiring decoding feature parameters of a decoder, the decoding feature parameters at least comprising the decoding buffer capacity; acquiring the frame information loss rate according to the decoding feature parameters; acquiring the mean opinion score-video (MOS-V) parameter according to the channel video stream; and acquiring the MOS-V value of the channel video stream according to the frame information loss rate and the MOS-V parameter. Embodiments of the present invention are mainly used in video quality evaluation technologies.
