The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing: - at least composite particles having a mean size between 0.1 µm and 30 µm, comprising a matrix and an inorganic UV screening agent, the weight content of inorganic UV screening agent in a particle being between 1% and 70%, preferably between 2% and 65%, and better still between 3% and 60%, and - at least one dispersing surfactant having an HLB of greater than 6 at 25°C, in a single-phase or multi-phase medium comprising at least one anhydrous phase containing at least one polar oil.
