Disclosed is a delay scheduling method. The method comprises: a base station transmitting to a terminal the delay scheduling information for use in delay scheduling the terminal; the terminal receiving the delay scheduling information, and on the basis of the delay scheduling information, stopping the listening to a PDCCH, and entering into a delay scheduling state; and on the basis of the delay scheduling information, resuming the listening to the PDCCH, and stopping the delay scheduling state of self. Also disclosed is a delay scheduling system. This not only improves the overload handling capability of a network, but also prevents the waste of a large amount of wireless resources for re-accessing the network, thus effectively conserving wireless resources, and alleviating network side processing load. |
