<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lens module capable of limiting optical properties from being deteriorated, and a lens module. A plurality of lens arrays, each of which has a substrate part connecting a plurality of lens parts to a plurality of lens parts at the same time, are overlapped with each other at a predetermined distance therebetween. Optical axes of the lens parts between the overlapped arrays are made identical to each other and substrate parts of other lens arrays except that the lowermost array of the plurality of overlapped lens arrays in an overlapping direction are cut by a first cutting part. A thermosetting resin is supplied through a gap of the cut substrate part. The thermosetting resin is filled into the gaps of the substrate parts between the overlapped lens arrays, and also entirely covers the cut surface of the substrate part and the surface of the substrate part of the uppermost lens array. Thereafter, heat is applied to the thermosetting resin for hardening. The substrate part of the lowermost lens array is cut by a second cutting part to thereby separate respective lens modules.</p> |
