METHODS AND DAVICE FOR MANUFACTURING OF CONSTRUCTION RESOURCES USING BRICK

PURPOSE: A method and a device for manufacturing construction resources using bricks are provided to prevent bricks from being broken in a process and to prevent industrial waste by collecting and recycling scraps and powders generating in a cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing construction resources using bricks is as follows. Bricks are put in a rotary drum and the edges of the bricks are machined by friction between the bricks while rotating the rotary drum(S100). The bricks machining the edges are supplied to a cutting device having a cutting blade to cut the bricks at a predetermined thickness while supplying cooling air(S200). Brick powder generating in a brick cutting process is sucked through a suction duct, and the sucked powder is collected in a relevant reservoir to obtain the powder(S300). The brick scraps generating in the brick cutting process are automatically collected to a crusher arranged at the rear end of a belt conveyor(S400). The brick scraps are pulverized right after being collected to recycle the brick scraps collecting to the crusher(S500).
