<p>The invention relates to the use of an aqueous viscoelastic fluids for producing a medicinal product for surgically treating the eye, said fluid enlarging the crystalline lens and pupil of the eye after being applied to the eye surface from a disposable container. Said viscoelastic fluid contains a polymer selected from the group consisting of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hyaluronic acid, sodium alginate, hydroxylpropyl-guar polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohol, polymethacrylic acid (carbomer), polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-copolymer (poloxamer) and polyethylene glycol, in a concentration of between 0,01-30%.</p> |
