<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selecting a transformant introduced with an objective gene while reducing risks such as the appearance of a drug resistant mutant, and remaining of a drug resistant gene in a host cell. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a selection marker composed of a lysis gene including a specific base sequence, and a recombinant vector including the selection marker. The method for selecting the transformant includes a step for introducing the objective gene into the vector by replacing the lysis gene included in the recombinant vector by the objective gene or inserting the objective gene into the lysis gene. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
