<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight control device capable of outputting diet information as a target value in consideration of one's weight daily fluctuation. <P>SOLUTION: The weight control device is provided with: a weight acquiring unit for acquiring measurement data in which weight control values of a subject are associated with their measurement date and time; a fluctuation calculating unit 188 for calculating a target circadian variation amount based on the weight changes obtained from the measurement data during sleeping hours; a target acquiring unit 182 for calculating, on the basis of the target circadian variation amount, a target value for the pre-sleep weight value measured at a second timing before sleep relative to the post-waking weight value measured at a first timing after waking; an advice acquiring unit 185 for acquiring advice information pertaining to meals for reaching the target value on the basis of the results of comparing a threshold value with a pre-meal weight value measured at a third timing before a meal; and an output processing unit 186 for outputting the acquired advice information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
