<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire with a terminal fitting, which is excellent in waterproofness. <P>SOLUTION: The electric wire with the terminal fitting includes: an electric wire 11 which exposes the tip and has an insulating covering part 15 covering a core wire 12 with an insulating layer 13; a terminal fitting 20 which has a wire barrel part 22 for crimping a core wire 14, a connection 21 connected to a counterpart, and a bottom plate part 24 connecting the wire barrel part 22 and the connection 21; a water stop wall body 30 disposed so as to come into close contact with the bottom plate part 24 of the terminal fitting 20; and a tubular water stop cover 40 which is fitted into the terminal fitting 20 so as to surround the wire barrel part 22, water-tightly surrounds the tip part of the insulating covering part 15 of the electric wire 11 with one end part 42 thereof, and also surrounds the outer periphery thereof from the water stop wall body 30 throughout the bottom plate part 24.
