<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly draft a production plan by shortening the duration of processing for determining a schedule of a manufacturing process whose work loads are leveled without exerting influence on a design schedule. <P>SOLUTION: A work load leveling device 1000 includes: a load calculating part 210 and a capability calculating part 220 for calculating the work load and the capability of each process, respectively; a bottleneck process specifying part 230 for specifying a bottleneck process in which an amount of surpassing the capability by the work load becomes the largest in each work object; a bottleneck process leveling part 240 for leveling the load of each work object accumulated about the bottleneck process; and a non-bottleneck process schedule changing part 250 for determining a deadline date for a non-bottleneck process precedent to the bottleneck process in accordance with a change in a deadline date of the bottleneck process by the bottleneck process leveling part 240 so as to sequentially make the load of the non-bottleneck equal to or lower than the capability from the first process side and also to make the deadline date be included within a range between the longest lead time and the shortest lead time of the non-bottleneck process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
