<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing in which a lubricant is hard to leak. <P>SOLUTION: A solution A, which contains tetraethoxysilane, water, ethanol, and silica particles whose average primary particle size is 30 nm, with pH being adjusted to be 3.0 using hydrochloric acid, is painted on a PA66 plate 10, and then a solution B (sodium hydroxide solution of pH 12) is further painted. As a result, a metal oxide layer 20 whose surface is rough is formed on the surface of the PA66 plate 10. Then, the PA66 plate 10 is submerged in a solution C which contains 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluoro decyltriethoxysilane, water, and ethanol, with pH adjusted to be 3.0 using hydrochloric acid. After having been submerged for thirty minutes, the PA66 plate 10 is taken out and then submerged in the solution B for thirty minutes. As a result, such PA66 plate 10 is obtained as a water and oil repellent layer 30 is formed on the metal oxide layer 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
