<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zone lighting system which allows the picked-up images of monitoring targets having intruded into a monitoring range of a security target to be collected as data in a single monitoring center device. <P>SOLUTION: Monitoring targets having intruded into a predetermined monitoring range illuminated by an LED illumination are detected with an ultrasonic sensor, the detected monitoring targets are picked up with a web camera to be transmitted as data from a data transmitting section.
