摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycle and production of an alloy, by which unnecessary elements can be efficiently removed from a used alloy to reduce the recycle cost and which dispenses with the process for removing attachment materials to enhance a recycle efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recycle of an alloy from a used alloy member having an yttrium-containing layer on a surface of a base material consisting of the alloy, includes: an adjusted molten metal producing step of producing molten metal comprising a mixture of a dissimilar alloy material, wherein a content ratio of at least one volatile component that volatilizes when melting the used alloy member is higher than that in the base material, and the used alloy member; and a yttrium removing step of removing yttrium oxide separated from and floating on the molten metal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
