SENSITIZER FOR SOLAR CELL, AND SOLAR CELL USING IT

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitizer for a solar cell which suppresses diffusion of metal into a power generation layer, and achieves high conversion efficiency by near-field light generated from surface plasmon resonance of metal nanoparticles.

SOLUTION: The sensitizer 10 for a solar cell is metal nanoparticles having a transparent layer 60 formed on the surface and exhibiting surface plasmon effect. A sensitization layer 100 for a solar cell contains the sensitizer 10 for solar cell. The sensitization layer 100 for a solar cell can be formed using a wet coating method.
