<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entry of dust or moisture, while sufficiently cooling electric components in an electric component box. <P>SOLUTION: A casing (30) includes an outdoor heat exchanger (23), an outdoor fan (15) and an electric component box (40). The electric component box (40) is provided with a fan (60) inside a sealed box body (41).
