<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide corrosion resistant steel products having superior coating corrosion resistance even in a harsh corrosive environment of sea water, to which a ballast tank of a ship or the like is exposed. <P>SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant steel products have a steel composition including one or two elements selected from among 0.01-0.5 mass% of W and 0.02-0.5 mass% of Mo and 0.001-0.2 mass% of Sn, having Cu, Ni, Cr and Co restrained to be less than 0.05 mass%, respectively, and further allowing TiN particles to exist by a proper amount in steel, while both of an ACP value represented by the following expression (1) and a WI value represented by the following expression (2) are controlled to 0.50 or less. ACP=ä1-(0.8×W+0.5×Mo)<SP POS="POST">0.3</SP>}×ä1-Sn<SP POS="POST">0.3</SP>}×(1+Cr)×(1+0.7×Cu)×(1+0.5×Ni)×(1+0.5×Co)...(1), and WI=C+Mn/6+Cr/5+Mo/5+V/5+Ni/15+Cu/15+W/10+Co/15+Sn/2...(2). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
