<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide corrosion resistant steel products having superior coating corrosion resistance even in a harsh corrosive environment of sea water, to which a ballast tank of a ship or the like is exposed. <P>SOLUTION: The corrosion resistant steel products have a steel composition including one or two elements selected from among 0.01-0.5 mass% of W and 0.02-0.5 mass% of Mo and 0.001-0.2 mass% of Sn, having Cu, Ni, Cr and Co restrained to be less than 0.05 mass%, respectively, and further allowing TiN particles to exist by a proper amount in steel, while both of an ACP value represented by the following expression (1) and a WI value represented by the following expression (2) are controlled to 0.50 or less.
