<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a short face-to-face pressure reduction valve in which sizes of an inlet and an outlet can be shortened. <P>SOLUTION: A short face-to-face pressure reduction valve is constituted of a connection part 1 and a pressure reduction valve 2. The connection part 1 is constituted of an inlet 3 and an outlet 4 which are coaxially formed, an inlet passage 5 in communication with a pressure reduction valve chamber in the pressure reduction valve 2, and a communication passage 6 in communication with the outlet 4. A collar-shaped wafer-type flangeless 7 is formed on the outer periphery of the inlet 3 while a collar-shaped wafer-type flangeless 8 is formed on the outer periphery of the outlet 4. A valve member is arranged in the pressure reduction valve chamber in the pressure reduction valve 2 and steam inflowing from the inlet 3 is decompressed into a prescribed set pressure and made to flow down to the outlet 4. By making a wafer-type flangeless between the inlet 3 and the outlet 4 of the connection part 1, the sizes of the inlet 3 and the outlet 4 can be shortened and a short face-to-face pressure reduction valve can be realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
