<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detector which is particularly as large as 40 cm square or more and has a novel configuration. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation detector comprises: a plurality of radiation detector units, each of which includes a plurality of pixel type electrodes with a first electrode pattern having an insulation member and a plurality of circular openings that are formed on a first surface of the insulation member, as well as a second electrode pattern having convex parts that are formed on a second surface opposite to the first surface of the insulation member, pass through the insulation member and have a tip exposed to a generally central part of the opening of the first electrode pattern; a wiring board for mounting the plurality of radiation detector units adjacent to each other; and a conductive member for electrically connecting each of the plurality of radiation detector units and the wiring board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
