PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to flexibly determine pairing for MU-MIMO.

SOLUTION: A terminal device comprises: an estimation unit for estimating a channel with a base station with the use of a reference signal transmitted by the base station; a selection unit for selecting a transmission weight desired for downlink transmission on the channel from multiple transmission weight candidates depending on estimation results by the estimation unit; and a feedback control unit for controlling feedback to the base station of the transmission weight selected by the selection unit. The feedback control unit gives the base station feedback of selected two or more transmission weights if the two or more transmission weights have been selected by the selection unit.
