<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for changing cereal grains into single grains with which even the cereal grains that are firmly bound to one another can be changed into single grains. <P>SOLUTION: The device for changing cereal grains into single grains includes: a cracking part 2 having a partition plate where a plurality of holes are formed, and a rotary shaft laterally disposed above the partition plate and around which a plurality of blade members are set up, cracking aggregates of cereal grains supplied to a space on the partition plate into small aggregates by the blade members set up around the rotary shaft, and dropping the cracked small aggregates through the plurality of holes formed on the partition plate; and a part for changing cereal grains into single grains which has a fixed board on the surface of which a plurality of first projections are disposed, and a rotary board disposed opposite to the fixed board and on the surface of which a plurality of second projections are disposed so as to locate at the inner peripheral side of the first projections, wherein, the rotary board can be driven to rotate around the horizontal rotary shaft, the first projections and the second projections are disposed on a concentric circle based on the rotary shaft of the rotary board, and the small aggregates of the cereal grains falling through the plurality of holes formed on the partition plate of the cracking part are changed into respective single grains by the first projections disposed on the fixed board and the second projections disposed on the rotary board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
